When Smoke and Mirrors offer Yin and Yang a chance to get their drivers' licenses by winning a race, they're overjoyed at the thought of being able to drive! However, not everything in this race is as it seems. Will Yin and Yang be able to handle the rough road ahead, or will they get a flat?
