Growing tired of always being under the watchful eye of Master Yo, Yin and Yang demand their own headquarters. However, things don't turn out exactly the way they planned when Yo puts them in the outhouse. Meanwhile, Carl, Smoke, Pondscüm, and The Puffin have formed the League of Evil! Will Yin and Yang be able to find a solution to both of their problems?
